In connection with the changes we would like to inform you how the accommodation facility GRANADA Pensjonat & SPA uses your data.

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Security Policy, developed based on: Regulation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29, 2004 (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 100, item 1024, as amended); Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended).

What types of information about you GRANADA Guesthouse & SPA may collect and process?
Insofar as you have provided us with data about you, we collect and use it for the purpose of using hotel services, i.e. responding to your inquiries, fulfilling contracts concluded with you regarding accommodation and other services provided by the facility, issuing invoices, as well as sending marketing information and commercial offers – on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the purpose of responding to your inquiries, fulfilling contracts concluded with you regarding accommodation and other services provided by the facility, issuing invoices, as well as sending marketing information and commercial offers.
If data is not provided, it will not be possible to fulfill the purpose and/or service.
Entities to whom we may transfer data
Transfer of personal data to other companies
Without your express consent, we do not share your personal data with companies or third parties that could use it for their own purposes. Exceptions to this are authorized State authorities, acting within the framework of applicable laws, to whom we are obliged to share your data.
Personal data necessary for the issuance of invoices together with documents are transferred to an accounting office and stored for a period of 10 years. However, these service providers are obliged, by virtue of relevant contracts, to use the data entrusted to them only according to our guidelines and for the purpose strictly defined by us. We also oblige them to adequately secure your data and keep it confidential.

We will only send you an e-mail if you provide us with your e-mail address and ask us to contact you. You may also receive an e-mail from us in connection with changes to your reservation made online or as part of a confirmation of a reservation made in person or by phone.
Visiting the facility, and data and image
Visiting a facility – monitoring
When you visit our facility, your image may be captured by our surveillance cameras. We do not carry out monitoring in places where it could lead to an invasion of your privacy. We also do not use the recorded image for any other purpose. The recordings can be accessed only by a narrow circle of our trusted employees and are not made available to anyone, except authorized government authorities, as evidence for ongoing investigations. We have limited the storage time of the recordings to 14 days and after this time, they are overwritten, without the possibility of restoration.
Visit the facility
When ordering a service or quote in person, you may be asked to provide certain personal information that will be necessary for the proper handling of your purpose. This will be the case especially if you decide to use our services. Then, we will ask you for additional contact information and your address, which we will need to process your order.
Facility staff
If you contact one of our facility’s staff, we may ask you for certain information that will be necessary to handle the matter you are addressing. These will be used solely for this purpose. In certain cases, we will use third-party companies to whom we will entrust your data only to the extent necessary to handle your case. In this case, these may include transportation providers, etc.
Your rights to access the content of your data
We inform you that you have the right to: access your personal data and request a copy of it, rectify your personal data, request restriction of the processing of your data, data portability, as well as deletion of your data if no other purpose of processing is pursued, such as processing on the basis of your consent, and withdrawal of your consent.
Deletion of memorized personal data occurs when your consent to their storage is revoked, or when knowledge of them is no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were memorized, or when their storage is not permitted for other statutory reasons.
