Also those who attach importance to nice and healthy skin can appreciate the humidity and heat of the steam bath, as it rejuvenates, cleanses and revitalizes the skin. The total time of sauna use should not exceed 30 minutes a day, such as 2×15 minutes. It makes sense to use the sauna 2-3 times a week.
